What is included in a Cupcake Party?
- Each party includes 2 hours of instruction and hands-on practicum of a predetermined cupcake or cupcake set. All cupcakes, icing and cupcake decorations, and equipment are provided. Also included is a table cloth for the work space and a box to take home cupcakes, as well as clean-up. Aprons for each guest can be purchased at an additional cost. What ages are your parties designed for?
- Our parties are designed for both children and adults! They are great for a mom’s night in (or ladies’ night in), teen birthday parties, and birthday parties for both boys and girls.
Is there a maximum number of participants allowed?
- The ideal size for these parties is 8-10 guests. Parties must have a minimum of 6 guests and the recommended maximum number of participants is 12. If your number of guests is over 12, we still may be able to work something out– just ask!
How much does a cupcake decorating party cost?
- Parties will vary in cost depending on materials needed for the design of the cupcake, but start at $25 per participant, with a 6 person minimum.
Do your cupcakes contain nuts?
- Our edible products come with the disclaimer that they may contain nuts. If someone in your party has a nut allergy, please let us know and we can work something out.
Where are the parties hosted?
- The parties are hosted at your home or venue site. We come to you with all of our supplies and even take care of the cleanup! We do not have an available space to host your party.
How can I prepare for the party?
- Each participant will need approximately 30 inches of table or counter space and a chair. If the floor is not a hard surface (tile, hardwood, etc.) you may want to put down a painter’s drop-cloth, especially if the participants are children. Addition assistance may also be useful if the party is for children.
What sorts of themes do you suggest?
- The choices for theme are numerous and can be tailored to fit nearly whatever theme you have already decided on for your party. For Children, popular themes include: flowers, bugs, animals, and sports. Adult parties can include the same, but might also include some tastefully “naughty” cupcakes!
